Projects requiring little to no collateral are forwarded to unconventional investment groups for consideration.  As always, it is the borrower's responsibility to approve all terms and fee arrangements.  As a rule, we "never" recommend paying up-front fees! The decision to pay up-front fees is at the sole discretion and risk of the borrower.
